April and May have been exciting months for Vine Capital Partners! After several months of hard work and persistent action, we are on our way to our first apartment acquisition. Countless hours have been spent working through our business plan to add value through interior and exterior upgrades. This spectacular property is conveniently located in the heart of Des Moines, IA, and provides a truly walkable distance to downtown Des Moines where business is expanding.

We are excited to partner with experienced operators and professional property management in order to bring the very best team together. Our due diligence on the property ran smoothly, and we are well on our way to a closing date. Our partners have executed on several value-add strategies, demonstrating the expertise it takes to complete timely renovations and bring an underperforming property to performing. As we move to close on this property, we are continuing to expand our network of investors and professionals in the multifamily space.
